RECIPE - Chai spiced bliss balls

Is there anything better than a bliss ball and a cuppa?

I think you're gonna love this latest version - it uses doTERRA pure essential oils, and is

spicy, comforting & delicious! Try it out and let me know what you think ;)

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup cashews (raw, unsalted) - or you could use almonds, walnuts - or a mix of these!

  • 8 medjool dates, pits removed

  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

  • 1 drop doTERRA ginger essential oil

  • 1 drop doTERRA cardamom essential oil

  • 1 drop doTERRA Cinnamon Bark essential oil

  • 1/2 cup desiccated coconut

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Place dates in a bowl and cover with water. Soak for 30 minutes and then drain.

  2. Place nuts of your choice in your food processor and pulse until they are granulated

  3. Add dates, vanilla extract and essential oils, pulse until he mixture becomes smooth. Add a little water (1tsp at a time) if required.

  4. Using your hands, roll approx 1 heaping teaspoon of mixture into little bite size balls, roll each ball in desiccated coconut, and store in an airtight container in the fridge.
